Having given full commitment to making the school the premier aviation school in the country, both partners have committed the resources of their respective companies to ensure the success and growth of the school, ever aware of the underlying philosophy of the university that CHARACTER-BUILDING IS NATION BUILDING. Today, the PERPETUAL-SAPPHIRE SCHOOL OF AVIATION has its own building that houses the Executive and Administrative Officers, Class Rooms, Pilot Training Rooms, Mock-Up Training Rooms, Engine Mock-Up Rooms, Sheet Metal Works Area, and Aviation Library and Laboratory. Now nearing completion is the schools own airstrip and hangar facilities in Pangasinan.
